Spotted, Blake Lively taking a major fashion misstep. Blasphemous, I know. Not sure what Lively was thinking here but the glitzy skirt over the oversize shirt along with the tan belt is just a bad bad bad idea! Let's hope this does not happen again, not from fashion's current it girl!
